In this role, you will work variably and broadly with tasks in recruitment and personnel administration. We are a fantastic recruitment and staffing team of seven people looking for a new star colleague to join us.

About the position

In the role of Recruitment Specialist with us, you will handle the entire recruitment process and coordinate contact between candidates, clients, and Middlepoint. You are a crucial part of an efficient and professional candidate journey, ensuring that new service stars who become part of our consulting team get the best possible start with us and with the client. You will also be responsible for managing and administering employment and contracts. We work in a large and unpretentious team with staffing and recruitment where we support each other and have a general understanding of each other's tasks and areas of responsibility.

Your tasks include, among other things;

• Developing and updating requirement profiles and advertisements

• Responsible for CV selection and selection processes

• Phone screenings and interviews

• Maintaining relationships with clients and partners

• Administering employment and contracts

• Assisting the staffing and recruitment team where needed

The role places high demands on managing various parallel projects, so you should be comfortable making your own decisions within your area of responsibility and be unpretentious in flagging challenges.

Requirements for the role We would like you to have a couple of years of experience in similar roles. Perhaps you have recently graduated from a behavioral science program, such as the Human Resource Management program at the university level, and have managed to gather industry experience on the side? A significant plus is recruitment experience within the service/staffing industry.

• You have experience working in the service industry, preferably as a receptionist or similar

• Experience in driving your own recruitment processes to completion

• A sense of quality and clear communication

• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English

• Familiar with systems; we primarily work in Office 365, Teamtailor, and SAP

About the employment The employment is a permanent position with a six-month initial probationary period and start before summer. Working hours are usually office hours.
